When is the Susquehanna Inn opening?

We welcomed our first guests during an intimate soft opening in early 2025, gathering thoughtful feedback to further refine and elevate the Susquehanna Inn experience. Our official debut is anticipated in the second half of 2025, when we will open our doors fully to those seeking unparalleled privacy, comfort, and charm.

What is the One Group Philosophy?

Our One Group Philosophy is simple: transformative luxury begins and ends with absolute privacy. At our bespoke retreat, the entire property is exclusively yours and never shared with unfamiliar guests. Whether you’re a jet-setting couple escaping the city or a powerhouse team seeking clarity and connection, you will enjoy an intimate environment reserved solely for your group, accompanied only by our discreet, attentive staff dedicated to your every need. How much is your nightly rate and what’s included?

As a highly tailored and private retreat, we do not publicly list our nightly rates. However, guests typically invest between $600 and $1,000 per suite, per night. To curate an experience perfectly suited to your preferences, we invite you to connect with our Experience Director, who will personally guide you through availability, rates, and bespoke offerings designed around your stay. As detailed on our Experience page, chaffered transfers to and from home as well as all meals and beverages, including top-shelf alcoholic beverages, are included with your stay.

Is the property pet friendly?

We believe that cherished companions come in all forms, including four-legged ones. Well-mannered dogs are welcome throughout the property, with the exception of the Royal Suite and Parisian Suite. A $250 pet hospitality fee ensures the highest standard of cleanliness and readiness for our next guests. At our retreat, even your fur family is treated like royalty.
